It’s will be the Welcome Week for Kent starting next week. It’s still gonna be an unusual year for first years. I thought of these lines during Clearing, while listening to applicants’ experiences during the A level fiasco.

Regardless of whether one feels ‘fortunate’ or ‘unfortunate’ to be landed on Sociology at Kent, you are now part of the UK’s most vibrant social science School. So let’s make the best out of this fortuitous beginning.
